Telesales Appointment Setter

Agility Communications are currently looking for talented Telesales Appointment Setters who have a passion for sales and success to join our fast-growing team. This role will be offering a salary of £23,000 per year with a rewarding commission bonus scheme to increase overall earnings. This role will be outbound Sales calling to generate new business appointments and leads for the Senior Sales Team. 

We are ideally looking for individuals who have Telecommunications experience, however not essential and will consider candidates who have other outbound Sales / Appointment setting backgrounds. 

This role will be based in our Ormskirk Centre office working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm however some flexibility is required.

 Role and Responsibilities: 

Making outbound sales calls to generate appointments for the in-house Senior Sales Team working to a daily appointment target  

You will be responsible for generating leads to bring in new business for telephone systems, business mobiles and internet connectivity services. 

Cleansing inhouse data to identify prospective contract renewal and end dates 

Account Management – Once booking appointment for the sales team acting as a point of contact to the customer and assisting with the overall sales cycle and relationship 

Diary Management for Senior Sales team 

Successfully working as a team alongside the sales team to assist them with securing business 

Upselling different products and services we offer and always identifying sales opportunities 

General Administration of housekeeping on in-house databases

Field Based Business Development Managers

Agility Communications are currently looking for Field Based Business Development Managers who have a passion for sales and success to join our fast-growing team. This role will be offering a salary of up to £50,000 with £100,000 OTE.  

Agility Communications are a UK leading end-to-end Telecommunications and IT provider who is fast-growing and looking for experienced telecommunications sales individuals to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking for a new challenge within the industry and looking to capitalize on the rewarding bonus scheme.   

We are also looking for future leaders within our group, so if you are looking to move into a Sales Manager / Director role in the future this would be a great opportunity for the successful candidate.  

Role and Responsibilities  

– As a Business Development Manager, you will be selling a range of products and services within a business-to-business environment, both over the phone and face-to-face, with the focus on winning new clients. 

– Your efforts will be primarily based on establishing and obtaining new clients, to increase revenue from sales, while nurturing business relationships to cross sell and therefore, support the overall business revenue target. 

– To understand and meet a monthly ‘New Business’ target by continuously establishing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts. 

Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective clients through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking, and referrals to obtain appointments. 

– Develop and maintain a robust pipeline. 

– Identify and develop new business opportunities / leads from new and existing clients at all stages of the sales cycle and pass these to all relevant departments, if not suitable for your pipeline. 

– To meet agreed activity based KPI’s assigned to your day-to-day role. 

– Work effectively with decision makers to develop long term strategic relationships. 

– Prepare and present powerful, persuasive presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of all Agility products and services. 

Build and submit accurate orders and contracts. 

– Effectively manage contract negotiations and close new business deals. 

– Work with your local team and business function in a way that enhances the Agility Values – Honest, Integrity and Accountability 

– Be able to efficiently forecasts future sales revenue to report to the Line Manager. 

– Maintain a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services through self-development. 

Skills Required  
 

– Experience within the Telecoms industry selling Lines and Calls, Telephone Systems, Leased Line, and IP Telephony. 

– Strong experience selling Business to Business. 

Strong rapport building skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels. 

– Experience conversing with and presenting to senior management and business owners. 

– A proven track record of achieving new business targets and exceeding KPI’s. 

– Be articulate, professional, credible, ethical and possesses good business acumen. 

– Able to network effectively, spot opportunities, close deals, and be strong enough to effectively manage the after-sales process and build internal and external relationships to maximize results for the company. 

– Successful Candidate must hold a full UK driving License
