Crown Talent are are an established group of creative companies, comprising an experienced 40+ strong team of dedicated professionals. Crown Talent are responsible for building the careers of their exceptional talent roster alongside their own diverse range of activities in the industries of broadcast media, entertainment, events, music, theatre and sport.

Problem / Requirements

Crown Talent were on a legacy tariff and received no support or account management from their previous provider. 

There were issues with contacting the customer support team and there was no account management structure in place with no ongoing support with tariffs. 

Solution

Agility conducted 3 months worth of billing analysis and recommended the appropriate plan which was suited to Crown Talent’s needs. 

In addition, Crown Talent has a dedicated account manager supported by the Agility Support Team to ensure queries are picked up within agreed timescales.  

Quarterly reviews are now the norm for Crown Talent where our account team analyse all the bills from the last quarter and pinpoint anywhere we can potentially improve on reducing out of bundle costs or by recommending new tariffs.
